Friday Five
all in a weeks worth of clothing.

1. How often do you do laundry?
Two times a week, depends on how much clothing we accumulate, if we are washing the linens or not and when the washing machine is available.

2. What's in a typical wash load?
A typical load consists of dark clothing, jeans and towels. An atypical load generally means we are washing the whites. We have very few of those.

3. Front or top loader? Powder or liquid detergent?
We have a top loader in the flat and will use powder detergent for the regular washing and liquid for the delicates.

4. Do you use fabric softener in the rinse cycle?
No, I mean to but I can never time it right or will forget to do so. Have resorted to using fabric softener sheets in the dryer. Much simpler just pop the suckers I and voila!

5. Dryer or clothesline?
Much prefer a dryer to a clothesline the clothes feel softer and fluffier, but there are some articles of clothing that will never encounter the inside of a dryer, something about shrinking wool/cotton shirts and sweaters that make them very uncomfortable.
