Gear Slut
I am an outdoor gear freak, I love perusing through camping catalogues and looking at all the new gear that is out there. I am currently looking for a tent. The one we [Ozzie lad and meself] had is in Australia, hopefully having a grand old time in the desert and on the beach. Have you taken her camping yet Oz Boy? I am hoping to be able to afford a north face one day, preferably the Roadrunner 2, though in the meantime I thought I'd give our "local" Outdoor Co-Operative store a looksies. So while perusing online at the MEC [Mountain Equipment Co-Op] I found this. It would be such an ideal way to camp, now if only they had one for two people and it could be hung without doing damage to the trees.
Do I really need to bring one of these or this along when we go camping? Wouldn't a pot do the job? But it just looks so neat, sleek and would just make yummy cup O' Coffee! Oh heck, if we are gong to bring along a coffee maker we might as well lug this with us too. Coffee and freshly baked buns in the morning, what could be better?
