Blue Fingernails

OK, just noticed that the base of my fingernails were a bit blue.
Now since I haven't seen anything on CSI about this I will assume I am not being poisoned; of course the coffee at work makes me wonder sometimes.
In any case I'll just chalk it up to the -36C temp with windchill...

Tux

So it seems that I need a tux.
I am intrigued at the prospect but somewhat daunted by:
a) $$$
b) where to go to get one
c) did I mention $$$?
d) have to decide upon lapel style
e) see a) and c)

Elektra

Jennifer Garner, a plus as I am a fan of Alias.
The Star Wars redemption of Elektra concept - well it worked for George.

The Failure... Elektra simply wasn't portrayed as having fallen far enough that the redemption is meaningful.

Final verdict is that the movie which could have been quite kick ass was rather stale and didn't grab me at all. It was simply too easy, too cliche and sadly failed to be better than Daredevil. A movie that I might add which did not top my charts either.

I am firmly behind Spiderman and Xmen. I thought the style of Hulk was an interesting choice and was disappointed by the direction beyond that.

Elektra was more interesting than Hulk...

New Word

Schmutzpah.

Definition: An attempt a chutzpah or suaveness that is utterly ruined by schmutz.

Example: An individual trying to be really cool and laid back, flashing a smile at the cute girl who passes by, while remaining oblivious to the hunk of something stuck between their teeth that utterly ruins it.
