Reason for departure

It's often easier to say a thousand words with a photograph than it is in text.
So it is that flickr embodies a more efficient way to pass along a body of text or fill in for a blog.

That's my excuse.

Although sometimes you just don't have the ability to take a picture, and then mere words may once again rise.
