Constantine

Oh that's right, I wanted to rant about this a little bit.

For those familiar with the comic Hellblazer, you don't need to read any of this. Suffice it to look at the trailer and then produce your own rant.

OK, where to start?

Here's a good site page that gives a synopsis as to who John Constantine is.

The little images on that page are of Constantine and the other member's of a group he entitled the Trenchcoat Brigade, battling some Indian multi-armed flaming knife throwing creature. While the other members dive out of the way, Constantine calmly stands there, takes one of the knives that missed him by scant inches and lights his cigarette with it.

That's Constantine. Trenchcoat required.

Instead, we get Keanu Reeves in a suit. He may know kung fu, but he doesn't have the pure chutzpah required to play Constantine.
