Words from the wise.

When one is faced with the possibility of attending a rip roaring if subdued Christmas party, one should remember to take the following day off from work so that the fuzzy cottony brain feeling does not impede with any form of coherent thought. Especially if one has a project due, and lucid thought is a necessary and vital requirement needed to ensure that one does not write in long muddled run on sentences and that the final product is legible and does not contain the words. ‘My ode to Coffee.’ ‘Where did I put my bleeping Advil?’ and ‘Who stole my stole my brains?’

Same here... My brain is limber enough for routine tasks; but right now I am trying to wrap it around some peculiarly grammaticized written instructions, and I just haven't got the mental flexibility...

I thought I'd escaped a hangover this morning; every half-hour since then, I've sobered up a little more and realized how drunk I must have been a half-hour ago... ;)
