I have noticed something about procrastination. Well mine in particular. It would seem that the more worried, stressed or nervous I am the more I tend to procrastinate. To put it in more scientific terms, because I am a big geek, my need to postpone, put off and drag my feet will increases exponentially with respect to the amount of trepidation I feel. Until, I invariably reach a point of mad stressed out insanity, and will run about, headless chicken like, trying to get a million things down at the last possible moment. This week is no different. Now if you to mind, it’s time for me to start running. Squawck!
Oh, in the interim:
Forty German authors are hoping to set a record on World Book Day on Wednesday by conceiving, writing and printing a book in 12 hours. - BBC
Oooh - *trepidation* - good word...
Hang in there, you'll get on top of things soon; these procrastinated things, they're always more frightened of you than you are of them... :)
And now I'll have this running through my mind all day:
"A Man Called (Somewhat Less Than Completely) Intrepid."
Coming soon to a theatre near you.
